Racism: A challenge for bilingual education in Madrid

Abstract With the increasing prevalence of bilingual public and private schools, Common European Framework Reference for Languages heavily influences how English is taught in Spain, emphasizing plurilingualism communicative competence, underlining importance education to reduce inequality discrimination, improving intercultural understanding.
